I will make sure that links to your website or email work properly if you aren't familiar with HTML. If all you want is your phone and address, that is fine with me or leave it out if you want. I will edit articles that need it. You will receive an email with a link to your final article and after 4 days it will go public. I will remove articles as fast as possible whenever an author requests it.

Include your copyright policy (if any) at the bottom of your article.  State whether you allow it to be copied and if any conditions apply to its use.

After the article is placed in the Fly Fishing Files, without notice I may change the link style and position and make what I believe to be minor improvements or corrections to it, such as changing spelling or minor writing changes that help it to be more readable or to correct mistakes.  I don't want to change the intent of the article.  If contact information such as dead links occur, the non working links will be removed until the author contacts me on his/her own to give me updated information which I will be happy to code into the article.  I also may remove articles without notice as the website changes over time.

I will not be responsible for any unwanted attention you get from the public such as spam or prank calls, but I will remove any information you wish from this website as soon as I can after you notify me.  Of course, we are expecting to get you more email and meaningful hits to your website.
